Ms. Eustella Fontaine was born in the Commonwealth
of Dominica and received her primary and secondary education there and her tertiary education in the United Kingdom. Ms. Fontaine is a graduate of the University of Sheffield where she received her LL.B (Hons.) in 2001 and went on to the University of Nottingham where she received her LL.M in International Human Rights Law. She is a member of Gray's Inn and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2003.
Ms. Fontaine was admitted to practice in Anguilla in 2004 from where she has been in continuous practice since.
Ms. Fontaine carries on a large and ever increasing caseload of complex cases of both civil and criminal matters. She has also acted as Junior Counsel to senior and eminent Counsel in a large number of complex civil/commercial matters in the High Court of Anguilla, the Court of Appeal of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
Ms. Fontaine has advised and continues to advise one of the largest private employers on Anguilla in regard to labour, employment and liability issues.
Ms. Fontaine advises clients from North America and Europe in relation to structuring their business affairs in Anguilla and the domiciliation/residency of entities and individuals to Anguilla.
Ms. Fontaine is well versed in Real Estate Matters and Estate Planning.
Ms. Fontaine is a Notary Public for Anguilla.
Ms. Fontaine is a Council Member of the Anguilla Bar Association, a member of the OECS Bar Association and the Family Hope Network as well as being an Honorary Member for Life, of the Rotary Club of Anguilla.

Ms. Keisha Hiles was born in Guyana and received her primary, secondary and some of her tertiary education in Guyana.
Ms. Hiles obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education in Trinidad in 2012.
Ms. Hiles was admitted to practice in Anguilla in November 2012 and is a member of the Anguilla Bar Association.

Ms. Yanique Stewart was born on the island of Jamaica and received her primary and secondary education in Westmoreland, Jamaica.
Ms. Stewart obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with Honours, from the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus (Jamaica) in 2006, prior to obtaining a Bachelor of Laws Degree, with Honours, from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (Barbados) in 2008.
Ms. Stewart later obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Council of Legal Education at the Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica, in 2010.
Ms. Stewart was admitted to practice in Anguilla in February 2011.

Ronald Scipio was born and received his early education in Guyana before migrating and then completing his secondary and tertiary education in the United Kingdom. He attended the University of Westminster, as it is now known, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree Honours (1st Division) in 1984.
Mr. Scipio was awarded the Master of Laws Degree (with Merit) by the University of London in 2000 having undertaken a programme in Commercial and Corporate Law. He completed the Solicitors’ Final Examination in 1986 and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1988.
Mr. Scipio was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2002 by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple following his decision to transfer to the Bar.
He was appointed Queen’s Counsel by Letters Patent on 15th May 2006.
Prior to entering the legal profession Mr. Scipio pursued a successful musical career for several years, an area in which he continues to have an interest (reflected professionally in his interest in the field of entertainment law).
Mr. Scipio commenced his legal career as a trainee Solicitor with a respected firm in South London in 1986. He subsequently became a partner in that firm in 1989. As a Solicitor, Mr. Scipio developed an extensive and respected criminal and civil practice.
Mr. Scipio was admitted to the Guyana Bar as an Attorney-at-Law in 1994. He discontinued his legal practice in London in 1995 and took up the post of Principal Crown Counsel in the Attorney General’s Chambers of Anguilla where he was second to the Attorney General of Anguilla and dealt with both civil and criminal matters for the Government of Anguilla. Mr. Scipio managed a substantial case load as Principal Crown Counsel and regularly appeared before the High Court and Court of Appeal.
Mr. Scipio was appointed to the substantive post of Attorney General of Anguilla in April 1998 having acted in that capacity since September 1997. He demitted office on 30th November 2006.
As Attorney General Mr. Scipio was head of the Anguilla Bar and the Government’s principal Law Officer and legal advisor. Mr. Scipio also provided legal advice to the statutory bodies in Anguilla, in particular the Health Authority of Anguilla and the Financial Services Commission, which has responsibility for regulating the important financial services sector. As Attorney General, Mr. Scipio continued to appear in the Superior Courts, including the Privy Council, to represent the Government of Anguilla. He also led the process for the liberalization of the telecommunications industry in Anguilla and pioneered the establishment in 2007 of the Regional Law Revision Centre for the continuing revision of the laws of Anguilla and two other Overseas Territories.
Mr. Scipio has now returned to private practice in Anguilla after some nine years as Attorney General and following his appointment as Queen’s Counsel. He now provides legal consultancy services and is practicing from the offices of the law firm of Caribbean Associated Attorneys. As Queen’s Counsel, Mr. Scipio has provided legal consultancy services to the Governments of Montserrat and Anguilla which involved him acting as Attorney General of Montserrat and appearing before the Superior Courts, including the Privy Council, on behalf of the Government of Anguilla. Mr. Scipio has also provided legal advice to major tourism resorts and financial institutions on Anguilla. Mr. Scipio’s client portfolio comprises local as well as international clientele.

Patrick began practice in the United Kingdom where he established a solid body of work in the civil and criminal Courts appearing in the Crown Courts and the Court of Appeal. In 1990 he moved to the Caribbean to take up the post of Director of Public Prosecutions of the Commonwealth of Dominica, and subsequently held further posts as a law officer in Anguilla, as Principal Crown Counsel; St. Christopher and Nevis, as Solicitor General, and the Cayman Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands, as a legal consultant and litigation Counsel. Patrick has appeared in numerous cases on behalf of private clients and governments, in Constitutional, Public Law, and other civil and criminal matters in various territories. Such appearances have been in the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, and the Privy Council.
In 2009 Patrick was engaged as one of two Counsel on behalf of the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands as a member of the Civil Recovery Team to recover assets of the Government of Turks and Caicos Islands, following the Commission of Inquiry into dishonesty and corruption in the House of Assembly. In that capacity Patrick has appeared in numerous signal cases on behalf of the Turks and Caicos Islands Government, some of which made their way to the Privy Council and the team has successfully recovered substantial financial and property assets for the Turks and Caicos Islands Government.
Patrick is a former president of the Organisation of Commonwealth Caribbean Bar Associations, a post he held for four years between 2003 and 2007. In that capacity he was also a member of the Trust Fund of the Caribbean Court of Justice, 2005-2007.following its inauguration in 2005. Patrick has been an active member of various bar associations in the Caribbean region and is committed to issues of civil liberties and access to justice and has been a regular attendee and a regular participant at regional and international law conferences and training programmes. He has worked on mutual legal assistance requests.
In addition, to his practice in the abovementioned areas of law, Patrick also has substantial expertise in music business law, having for many years advised and represented artists in their music and professional careers.
Patrick is currently a consulting Counsel in the Chambers of Fontaine & Associates in Anguilla, working extensively on behalf of private and Government clients.
